摘　　要：近年来,美国对华反补贴调查呈现出愈演愈烈的趋势,不仅调查数量和调查频率逐年提高,而且涉案金额、涉及行业与企业逐年增多,给中国对美出口企业造成了巨大损失,甚至直接打击了一些行业的生存与发展。在梳理美国对华反补贴调查现状的基础上,分析了美国对华反补贴调查对中国的消极影响,提出了中国企业应对美国对华反补贴调查的对策。In recent years, the investigation on American anti-subsidy against China shows growing trend, not ordy the survey quantity and frequency increase year by year, but also the amount, and the related industries and enterprises increase, which has brought great 10ss to China＇s exported enterprises towards America, even directly hurt the existence and development of some industry. Based on combing the status quo of American anti-subsidy against China, this paper analyzes the negative impact on China, and puts forward countermeasures for China enterprises.
