摘　　要：高强高韧铝合金厚板在航空材料中得到越来越多的关注,而在获得高强韧的同时会产生较高的残余应力,这使得铝合金厚板残余应力检测变得尤为重要。综述了铝合金厚板残余应力的测试方法,并提出了精度相对高且测试简单的方法。The aluminum alloy thick plate with high strength and high toughness gets more and more attention in the aviation materials. The high strength results in high residual stress at the same time which can make the testing of aluminum thick plate residual stress become particularly important. The review of the residual stress testing methods was carried out, and the relative higher precision and simple method was put forward.
