摘 要:将等离子表面渗铌应用于Ti Al合金,对Ti Al渗铌合金层组织以及室温摩擦学性能进行了研究。结果表明,Ti Al经离子渗铌后表面形成厚度约20μm的铌合金层,渗层组织致密均匀。铌合金层的室温耐磨性能优于Ti Al基材。Plasma alloying of niobium was applied on TiAI in order to improve its oxidation and wear resistances. Microstructure as well as tribological properties at ambient temperature were studied. The results show that a Nb alloyed layer, about 20μm in depth, is formed on the surface of TiAl after plasma alloying, and microstructure of alloyed layer is uniform. Wear resistance at ambient temperature is better than those of untreated TiAI base under dry and sliding conditions.
