摘 要:以H13钢为研究材料,采用QPQ盐浴复合处理进行表面改性。考察了氮化时间对QPQ处理后组织和物相的影响。利用光学显微镜观察样品组织,用XRD分析表层物相。研究结果表明:QPQ处理后,H13钢表面由外到内可形成白亮层和扩散层,且渗层厚度随氮化时间的延长而增大;但时间超过150 min后,渗层组织变得疏松。样品表层物相由(Cr Fe)2N1-x、Fe3O4、Fe2N和Fe2-3N构成。Taking H13 steel as experimental material; QPQ complex salt bath treatment was used for surface modification. The influences of different nitriding time of QPQ complex salt bath treatment on microstructure and phases of H13 steel were investigated. The thickness and morphology of the nitriding layer were studied by optical microscope (XUG-05). Phase constituents were analysed by XRD. The results show that a thin oxides zone is formed at the outermost surface of the samples after QPQ complex salt bath treatment, followed by a bright zone named compound layer and a diffusion layer. The nitriding layer becomes thicker and thicker as the extension of nitriding time. XRD measurement reveals the presence of (CrFe)2N1-x, Fe3O4, Fe2N and Fe2.3N on surface of the QPQ treated samples.
