摘　　要：某电厂1号炉进行A级检修(金属检验)时发现5个材质为P91的主汽弯头硬度值偏低、组织异常。文中给出了该5个弯头的硬度、金相检验结果;分析出现问题的原因是由于在制造加工过程中热处理工艺不当造成的;提出了对存在问题的弯头进行更换处理的建议。The five main steam elbows were found their hardness and tissue were is abnormal when No. 1 boiler of a power plant was inspected. The examination results of hardness and metallographic for five elbows were introduced. The results show that the causes of the problems are that the manufacturing process of heat treatment process is improper. The replacement of the five elbows problem is proposed.
