摘 要:目的总结规范应用原位再生医疗技术治疗大面积烧伤合并急性肾功能衰竭(ARF)的经验,以提高大面积烧伤合并ARF患者的救治成功率。方法 2010-2013年收治的12例大面积烧伤合并ARF患者,均在积极抗休克、抗感染、连续性血液净化技术(CBP)治疗的同时,创面规范应用湿润烧伤膏换药治疗,回顾性分析其临床资料,总结治疗经验。结果 12例大面积烧伤合并ARF患者经局部及全身治疗后,有8例患者成功脱离危险,创面痊愈出院,4例患者死于因严重吸入性损伤致使的多器官功能衰竭(MOF)。结论大面积烧伤合并ARF患者规范运用原位再生医疗技术和CBP,可有效防治感染,使患者尽早脱离危险,提高救治成功率和创面治愈率。Objective To summarize treatment experience of standard application of in situ regeneration technology on extensive burns combined with acute renal failure ( ARF) , for improving the success rate of treating patients with ex?tensive burns combined with ARF. Methods The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and the clinical experience was summarized for 12 patients with extensive burns combined with ARF treated between 2010 and 2013 with standard topi?cal application of MEBO on the wounds together with treatments of anti?shock, anti?infection and continuous blood purifica?tion ( CBP) . Results After local and systemic treatments, among the 12 patients, eight were successfully secured and dis?charged from the hospital after healing, four died of multiple organ failure ( MOF) due to serious inhalation injury. Conclu?sion Using standard in situ regeneration medical technology and CBP to treat patients with extensive burns combined with ARF can effectively prevent and cure infection, help patients be secured as soon as possible, and increase success rate of treatment and healing rate of the wounds.
