MEBO治疗手足皮肤剥脱伤的临床体会

摘　　要：目的：探讨湿润烧伤膏联合创疡贴治疗手足皮肤剥脱伤的临床疗效。方法8例不同程度的手足皮肤剥脱伤患者创面清创缝合后应用湿润烧伤膏联合创疡贴治疗，每日换药1次，直至创面愈合，观察治疗效果。结果所有创面均于治疗45～60 d后愈合，平均愈合时间为50.2 d；随访3～14个月，愈后皮肤平整，无明显瘢痕增生，弹性和功能恢复良好。结论湿润烧伤膏联合创疡贴治疗手足皮肤剥脱伤疗效确切，值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of MEBO combined with MEBO Wound＆Ulcer Dressing on hand and foot skin exfoliative wounds. Methods Debridement and suture were conducted for the wounds of 8 patients with hand and foot skin exfoliative wounds of variant severity, followed by treatment using MEBO combined with MEBO Wound ＆ Ulcer Dressing changing dressing once a day till the wounds healed. Clinical effect of the treatment was observed. Results All wounds healed after 45-60 days treatment, with average healing time of 50.2 d; Follow.up visits were con.ducted for 3-14 months, the healed skins were flat without scar hyperplasia, recovered good elasticity and function. Con.clusion MEBO combined with MEBO Wound＆Ulcer Dressing has significant and reliable effect on hand and foot skin ex.foliative wounds, worth being promoted clinically.
