摘　　要：目前我国大学内部治理中最突出的问题为权力配置失衡,学术权力缺乏实质性的话语权。重塑现代大学理念,确立教师在校务治理决策中的权威地位,构建以学术权力为主导的大学内部治理结构,实行学术自由、民主管理、教授治校,是建设我国现代大学制度应持的价值取向。Currently, the critical issue on the inner governance structure of college and university is the unbalanced allocation of power between administrative authority and academic authority, with academic authority having little say over university＇s decision-making. To establish modern university system in China, it is imperative to reshape modern university ideology, establish facuhy＇s dominant position in college and university governance, and stick to the principles of academic freedom, democratic management and faculty governance.
