国外经验与我国西部文化产业发展模式选择

摘　　要：国外文化产业发展模式主要有政府主导型、市场主导型、科技主导型、资本主导型、资源主导型五种类型,这些成功模式的背后有两个共同特点:一是发挥相对优势,二是政府直接干预,或间接引导。他山之石,可以攻玉,我国西部地区具有文化资源丰富、要素边际生产能力较高以及后发优势明显三大特征,因此,在文化产业发展模式选择上可以尝试以省会城市为核心的"产业集群发展模式"、以跨境文脉为线索的"协同创新开发模式";以历史、民族、宗教为基础的"特色资源开发模式"。In abroad, there are five main models of the development of cultural industry, they are government-led, market-oriented, technology-oriented, capital-oriented, and resource-based.behind these patterns, there are two successful experiences：one is to make full use of relative advantages; two is to give major supped from the government, or indirectly guide. The stones of those hills may be used to polish gems, the Western China has rich cultural resources, higher marginal production capability of element, and late-developing advantage, therefore, in the mode selection of cultural industry development, the Western China can try to build ＂industry cluster development model＂ based on provincial capital city;implement ＂collaborative innovation development mode＂ by the cross-border context clues; adopt ＂development mode of characteristic resources＂ by history culture, nationality culture, and religion culture.
