摘  要:藏族女大学生毕业后,绝大多数人选择回家乡进国家政府机关当公务员。从短期来看,国家对藏族大学生的保护性就业政策,能够缓解藏族大学生的就业问题,有利于藏族家庭的发展和实现藏区社会稳定。但从藏区长期发展来看,藏族女大学生就业现状不利于区外人才的流入,也不利于藏族高级人才的培养,藏区人才将长期处于低水平、封闭的循环,这种人才结构将制约藏族社会的长远发展。建议:中央政府和藏区地方政府调整大学生就业政策,采取措施鼓励藏族大学生异地就业,异地培养开放型的高级藏族人才,实现藏区人才的双向流动,特别是民间高层次的人才长期、稳定流入,将成为促进藏区发展的关键。This research finds that most of Tibetan female college students choose to go back to his or her hometown to be a public servant in the government department after graduation. In the short-term perspective, the protective employment pohcy for Tibetan female college students in our country can help to alleviate the unemployment, and attribute to the development of the Tibetan family as well as the social stability. However, as far as the long-term development is concerned, it isn' t good to the introduction of talent outside and cultivation of Tibetan talent with high quality. As the result of this, the level of Tibetan talent will stay the low and closed circle situation for long, which will prevent the long-term development of Tibetan society. Therefore, the paper gives such suggestions as the following: the central government and the local government of Tibetan will adjust the employment policy for the college students and take some measures to encourage them to work in the places far away, cultivate the open talent with high quality through the education in other places away, realize the two-way flow of talented personnel, especially the long and stable introduction of high-talented personnel in the folk, which will be the key to the development of Tibet district.
