佤族习惯法和国家制定法的关系探究

摘　　要：佤族有着灿烂独特的文化,尤其在民族习惯法方面卓有建树。佤族民事习惯法和国家制定法隶属两个不同的文化系统,两个文化系统不断地交流碰撞,产生了各种冲突。基于对佤族习惯法的特点,坚持法律多元化是充分发掘民族法律资源、处理国家制定法与佤族民事习惯法关系的重要途径。The Va nationality has a bright and unique ethnic culture, especially accomplished in terms of national customary law. The civil customary law and enacted law of the Va nationality belong to two different cultural systems, which constantly exchange and collide, producing all kinds of conflicts. Based on the characteristics of the customary law of the Va nationality, the authors insist that legal pluralism is an important way to fully exploit the resources of ethnic laws, resolve the relationship between enacted law and civil customary law of the Va nationality.
