摘　　要：根据耗散结构理论,区域文化产业的发展必须是开发的,区域内外要保持物质、信息和能量交换,这样才能实现区域文化产业发展从无序走向有序,从低级有序走向高级有序。乌江流域地区在文化产业发展要素、发展基础、发展理念等方面处于落后状态,只有通过跨流域、跨部门、跨行业整合资源,实施区域协同创新发展,才能扭转劣势,突破发展瓶颈。According to the self-organization modeling principle of the dissipative structure theory,the developmeng of regional cu1 ture industry must be an open process,there are mass and energy exchanges between inside and outside of region,only by this can the regional cu1 ture industry system be converad from disordering to ordering,from simplicity to complex. The wujiang valley is still in backward state in development factors,development foundation,development ideas of cu1 ture industry.only through resource integration of cross-regional, cross-sectoral, cross-sectoral, and regional co-development,the syetem can change its inferior position,and break its restraints of the development.
