摘  要:将心理资本运用到贵州少数民族地区的学生,旨在探索少数民族地区儿童心理发展状况。研究在天柱、雷山两个地区1024名学生间展开,涉及汉族、苗族和侗族三个民族。研究发现,部分学生在自信、乐观、合作等方面存在问题;学校教育中书本知识教育显然重于素质教育。By applying Psychological Capital Appreciation to the children and adolescents in the minority areas in Guizhou,this research aims to explore the psychological development of the children and adolescents in minority areas.Starting from the 1024 children and adolescents in Tianzhu and Leishan, three races-Han, Miao as well as Dong nationalities are involved in the research. It was found in the research that some students have problems in the aspect of self-confidence,optimism,cooperation and so on;besides,in school education,the education of the text books obviously overweighs the quality-oriented education.
