摘　　要：抗战时期西康民族地区汉藏茶叶贸易在艰难的时局中未曾中断,官商合办的康藏茶业股份有限公司,积极从事西藏与西康民族地区间的茶叶贸易往来。从公司的成立、组织和人事,特别是西康地方当局的参与,都体现了康藏茶业股份有限公司为推动汉藏茶叶贸易所做的努力。公司对促进西藏与内地的经济贸易往来,加强藏汉文化交流,加深藏汉民族感情,都发挥了积极的作用。Tibetan tea trade in minority areas during the war of resistance against Japan in a difficult situation never interrupted, businessmen to jointly by Kozo tea industry Limited by Share Ltd, actively engaged in the tea trade between Tibet and Xikang national areas.from the establishment of the company, organization and personnel, especially the local authorities involved, that the Tibetan tea industry Limited by Share Ltd to promote Tibetan tea trade efforts.
