摘　　要：在当代全球化的背景之下,维吾尔族木卡姆赖以生存的文化生态环境发生了剧变,社会变迁对其传承带来危机与挑战的同时,也带来了新的发展机遇和条件。只有科学认识民族传统文化的意义,充分利用社会变迁中的有利因素,借助当代传媒和学校教育的强大传播优势,在保持本民族、本地域固有文化特征的前提下,有选择的、创造性的传承,才能将维吾尔族木卡姆艺术引向良性发展的道路。In the context of contemporary globalization,the cultural ecological environment of Uygur Muqam has undergone dramatic changes.With crises and challenges to the heritage of Muqam,social changes also bring new development opportunities and conditions.On the premise of maintaining local cultural characteristics,the selective and creative inherit,which means scientific understanding of significance of traditional culture,taking advantage of favorable factors in the changing society and relying on modern media and school education,can lead Uygur Muqam to the road of benign development.
