文化线路遗产视角下的“万里茶道”申遗

摘　　要：17世纪后半期至1920年代间兴盛的中俄"万里茶道"是继"丝绸之路"之后在欧亚大陆兴起的又一条国际商道,在世界文明发展史上具有重要地位。2013年习近平主席访俄时提出了"万里茶道"的历史与现实意义,其作为"文化线路"申报世界文化遗产的议题也随之被沿途各国与各地政府与学界所重视。联合国教科文组织《实施世界遗产公约操作指南》与国际古迹遗址理事会《文化线路宪章》的相关定义与论述为我们从"文化线路"的视角对"万里茶道"进行研究,进而识别并阐释其"突出的普遍价值"并最终申报世界文化遗产提供了理论支撑。The Sino-Russian ＂Tea Road＂ thriving from the second half of the 17th Century to the 1920s is another Eurasian trading route after the ＂Silk Road＂. As an important route in the world＇s history of civilization, it has been mentioned by Chinese President Xi Jinping in his visit to Russia in 2013. Realizing both its historical and present significance, national and local governments along this route are attaching great importance to its application as a cultural route within the framework of world heritage. UNESCO＇s operational guidelines for the implementation of the world heritage convention and ICOMOS＇ charter on cultural route bolster theoretically our study of the ＂Tea Road＂ from the perspective of cultural route, our identification and interpretation of its outstanding universal value, as well as our application.
