摘　　要：民族宽容是一种针对民族差异性的制度安排和个人态度,它具有美德、实现评判平衡以及和平共处的特性。民族宽容产生的条件是民族文化、民族利益和民族信仰的多样性。民族宽容是多元社会的时代产物。只有宽容的制度,才能保证各民族的权利得到充分保护,只有宽容的个人态度和精神,才能维护和谐的民族关系,构建长治久安的多元社会。Ethnic tolerance is a kind of institutional arrangement and individual attitude,aiming at ethnic diversity. It is characterized with virtue,realizing judge balance and peaceful coexistence. The condition of ethnic tolerance is the diversities of ethnic cultures,ethnic benefits and ethnic faiths. Ethnic tolerance is the product of plural society. Only tolerant regulation can guarantee the rights of all ethnic groups to get adequate protection; only tolerant individual attitude and spirit can maintain a harmonious ethnic relation and build the stable plural society.
