摘 要:合作社成员异质性,可以理解为成员特征的差异性,包含资源禀赋、入社动机与参与行为3个维度。成员异质性是中国农民专业合作社发展面临的最重要的内部环境特征,由农民群体的加速分化、政府自上而下推动合作社发展等因素造成,短期内难以消除。异质性成员参与会形成如惠顾驱动、投资驱动、管理驱动和规范驱动等不同的发展路径。成员异质性并不必然对农民专业合作社发展造成正面或负面影响,但要使合作社业绩成长与规范运作并举,兼顾效率与公平,需要考虑以组织业务需求为导向吸纳资源禀赋异质性成员,以个体自愿自主为原则吸纳入社动机异质性成员,以先进引导示范为准则消除参与行为异质性成员。Heterogeneity of cooperative members refers to the differences of members ’ characteristics in terms of resource endowment,participating motivation and participating behavior.It is the most important inter?nal environment characteristics in the development of Farmer Cooperatives caused by accelerated differentiation of farmer groups,top-down pushing from government,etc.,which are difficult to eliminate in the short term. Member participation forms a development path driven by patronage,investment,management and standard.The heterogeneity of cooperatives members does not necessarily have a positive or negative impact on the develop?ment of farmer cooperatives.However,in order to improve cooperatives performance and standard operation,as well as efficiency and fairness,it is necessary to attract heterogeneity members with resource endowment ac?cording to the guideline of organization business demands,to attract heterogeneity members with participating motivation based on the principal of individual voluntary,and to eliminate heterogeneity members with partici?pating behavior by using advanced guide and demonstration.
