基于生态系统服务功能价值的鄱阳湖湿地生态补偿标准研究

摘　　要：基于生态系统服务功能价值,综合考虑农户受偿意愿、人口和经济发展水平等因素,构建生态补偿标准转化模型,对鄱阳湖湿地生态补偿标准及其分区特征进行测算。研究结果表明:研究区生态系统服务功能价值约为365.64亿元/年,湿地农户受偿意愿总值约为82.96亿元/年,鄱阳湖湿地行政区内部和外部生态补偿标准总值分别约为86.88亿元/年和84.91亿元/年;基于上述分析,提出了湿地生态补偿标准的实施对策建议。Based on the ecosystem services function value,and considering the factors,such as farmers’ acceptance willingness,population and economic development, a transformation model of the ecological com？pensation standard was built in order to measure eco？compensation standard for Poyang Lake Wetland and study its districts character.The research results show that the study area of wetland ecosystem services function value is worth about 36.564 billion yuan per year,and that the farmers’ acceptance willingness is worth about 8.296 billion yuan per year,and that the internal and external eco？compensation standard of Poyang Lake Wet？land administrative region are about 8.688 billion yuan per year and 8.491 billion yuan per year respectively. Finally,some specific suggestions were proposed to implement the eco？compensation standard.
