林产品出口企业应对美国贸易壁垒调研报告——江苏邳州市案例

摘　　要：通过对江苏省邳州市林产品出口企业的实地调查,分析了林产品出口企业面对美国《雷斯法案》、"双反"(反倾销、反补贴)调查等贸易壁垒的情况。总结发现,其应对美国贸易壁垒的主要做法是积极参与多种认证、高新技术产品自主研发和市场开拓等,归纳了目前企业面临的主要困难。最后提出对策建议:提高企业认识水平和法律意识;在强化国际交涉、树立良好的国际形象基础上,积极争取建立中美企业"双赢"的合作格局;与发展中国家建立联盟,实现贸易互惠共赢。According to the field investigation of forest products export firms in Pizhou, Jiangsu province, I briefly studied the trade barriers of ＂Lacey Act＂ and ＂double reverse＂ （anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigations） which forest export enterprises are facing nowadays.By summing the issues up,forest products export enterprises are actively participating in a variety of certification, independent researching and developing the hightech products and developing the market to responses trade barriers. At last the following recommendations are made： forest products export enterprises should improve the level of awareness and legal; establish a framework of ,win-win cooperation with foreign enterprises by strengthening the international negotiations and establishing good international reputations; while in the mean time, forest products export enterprises should build alliances with developing countries to accomplish mutually beneficial trade.
