摘　　要：移动浏览器已成为人们获取政府网站信息的新途径,政府网站对移动浏览器兼容性的好坏不仅影响用户的访问体验,还关系着政府机构职能是否有效发挥、官民沟通是否顺畅等问题。本文就政府网站首页对移动浏览器的兼容性进行研究,结果表明:兼容性与行政级别、经济发展水平成正相关,与信息化发展阶段成负相关关系,整体上对UC浏览器的兼容性高于Safari浏览器;其形成原因既与外部的软硬件发展变化相关,也与政府网站本身对标准的遵从程度不高相关,并给出了相关对策建议。With the popularity of smart mobile devices and applications,the mobile browser became the main approach for public to acquire information from the government website. The compatibility of mobile browser,good or not,determines the government functions,user’s experience and communications between public and governments. The paper studied on the compatibility with home page of government website on the mobile browser,and it found： compatibility with administrative level and economic development level is positive correlation,also negative correlation with the information development stage; and the compatibility of China’s government website on UC browser is better than Safari browser totally;the reasons not only related with the external changes and development of hardware and software,but also with the low compliance to standard itself. Finally,based on reality,the paper put forward advice to our government website construction.
