摘　　要：信息化物流是信息时代物流业发展的转型升级,可以极大提高虚拟供应链系统决策效率和运营效率。基于京东物流案例,分析电商自建物流的信息化路径,提出基于TOC的物流信息平台的虚拟供应链系统设计及其信息共享模式。研究表明:形成高效的集中信息平台TPL模式与供应链成员信息系统EPCIS相结合的系统的信息共享模式,这种结构消除了组织壁垒,信息完全共享,是最有效的组织结构。Information transformation and upgrading of logistics is the development of logistics industry in the information age,and can greatly improve decision- making efficiency and operating efficiency of virtual supply chain system.Based on analysis of jingdong logistics case,electricity self- built logistics informationization path,put forward the logistics information platform of virtual supply chain system based on TOC design and information sharing mode. Research showed that the forming efficient centralized information platform of TPL mode combined with members of the supply chain information system the EPCIS system mode of information sharing,which eliminates barriers to organizational structure,information sharing,was the most effective organizational structure.
