参与式发展理论与我国农村社区发展——基于对传统发展理论的反思

摘　　要：在对现代化和依附等的传统发展理论进行反思的基础上,剖析其对我国农村社区发展中忽视人的发展、忽视內部因素、忽视可持续发展、拉大城乡贫富差距、降低社会整合度等弊端。认为参与式发展理论对提升社区参与度、提高农村参与主体能力和治理环境等有较大价值,并从规划、实施和评估等方面构建农村社区参与式发展体系,为农村社区发展提供保证。Based on the reflection of traditional development theory about Modernization theory and Dependency theory, the article analyzed its disadvantages on rural communities development, including ignoring human＇s development, ignoring internal factors, ignoring sustainable development widening rural-urban wealth gap.reduce the social integration. The article believe that participatory development theory has a great value on promoting community participation .promoting the ability of rural participation subjects and environmental governance, and construct the rural community partici- patory system by programming.implementing and assessment, also to provide guarantee to rural community development.
