蒙药森登-4有效部位化学成分分离与鉴定(Ⅱ)

摘　　要：采用硅胶柱层析法、Sephadex LH-20柱层析法进行分离与纯化,通过理化性质及波谱分析技术(1 H-NMR、13 C-NMR)鉴定化合物的结构,从蒙药森登-4有效部位中分离、鉴定出7个单体化合物,分别为:西红花苷-3(1)、没食子酸(2)、齐墩果酸(3)、胡萝卜苷(4)、棕榈酸(5)、β-谷甾醇(6)、豆甾醇(7).其中化合物1、3、4和5为首次从森登-4中分离得到,为阐释蒙药森登-4药效物质奠定了基础.To study the chemical components of effective fraction of Sendeng-4, silica gel and pharmadex LH-20 colomn chromatographies were used to isolate the components of effective fraction of Sendeng-4. Seven compounds, crocin-3 （ 1 ）, gallic acid （2）, oleanolic acid （3）, carrot glycosides （4）, palmitic acid （5）, 13 -sitosterol （ 6 ）, and stigmasterol （7）, were isolated and indentified by MS and NMR. Compounds 1,3,4, and 5 were isolated from Sendeng-4 for the first time. This study may provide the fundation for understanding the medical effectiveness of Sendeng-4.
