摘  要:为了探讨不同时程睡眠剥夺对雄性小鼠生殖系统的影响,试验采用轻柔刺激法分别睡眠剥夺昆明雄性小鼠24,48,72 h,镜检并计算精子活率、精子畸变率、附睾尾精子数,并进行睾丸组织病理学检查。结果表明:24 h睡眠剥夺后精子活率、附睾尾精子数、精子畸变率均无显著变化(P>0.05)。小鼠的极少部分生精细胞发生变性、空泡化,大部分细胞为正常细胞,管腔中仍有大量精子,但48 h与72 h睡眠剥夺后精子活率极显著降低(P<0.01),附睾尾精子数极显著降低(48 h,P<0.01;72 h,P<0.001),精子畸变率极显著升高(48 h,P<0.01;72 h,P<0.001)。48 h睡眠剥夺小鼠曲细精管的部分间质细胞发生变质水肿,少部分生精细胞发生变性、空泡化,管腔中精子数量减少;72 h睡眠剥夺小鼠生精细胞水肿、变性、空泡化明显,管腔中各级精子数量大量减少且个别精子变性水肿。说明48 h睡眠剥夺及72 h睡眠剥夺可对雄性小鼠生殖系统产生明显不良影响。To investigate the effects of different duration of sleep deprivation on the reproductive system of male mice. The Kunming male mice were sleep deprived at 24 h, 48 h, 72 h using a gentle - handling method. The sperm motility rate, sperm abnormality rate, and epididymal sperm count were calculated through microscopic examination, and the testicular histopathologieal examination was performed. The results showed that there were no significant changes (P 〉 0. 05 ) in the sperm motility rate, sperm abnormality rate, and epididymal sperm count com- pared with the control after 24 h of sheep deprivation, and a small portion of spermatogenic cells of mice showed denaturation and vacuolation while most of the cells were in normal shape and there were still a lot of sperm in the lumen. However, compared with the control group, the sperm motility rate was highly significantly reduced (P 〈 0. 01 ) after 48 h and 72 h of sleep deprivation; the epididymal sperm number was highly significantly reduced (48 h, P 〈0.01; 72 h, P 〈0. 001 ) ; and the sperm abnormality rate was highly significantly increased (48 h, P 〈0.01; 72 h, P 〈0. 001 ). The part of mesenehymal cells in mouse seminiferous tubules showed degeneration and edema at 48 h of sleep deprivation, and a small part of spermatogenic cells showed denaturation and vacuolation while the sperm number reduced in lumen. The spermatogenic ceils showed obvious edema, degeneration and vacuolation at 72 h of sleep deprivation , and there was a significant reduction in the number of sperms at all levels in lumen, and some sperms showed denaturation and edema. The results indicate that 48 h and 72 h of sleep deprivation have significant adverse impact on reproductive system in male mice.
