摘　　要：介绍了V法铸造涂料的性能要求，选择了涂抖的耐火粉料、载液、粘结剂及助剂等原材料，确定了用于铸铁件和铸钢件的V法铸造涂料配方，简述了浆状涂料和粉状涂料的制备工艺，分析了V法铸造涂料高压无气喷涂的工作原理。结果表明，所研制的V法铸造涂料使用效果良好，其中的粉状涂料适合长途运输。The performance requirements of coatings for V-process were introduced. The refractory powder, carrier liquid, binder and additives for coatings were selected, and the coating formula for iron and steel castings were determined. The preparation of slurry coating and powder coating were expounded. The working principle of high-pressure airless spray for V-process coatings was analyzed. The results show that the developed coatings for V-process can work successfully, and therein the powder coating is suitable for long-distance transoortation.
