摘  要:基于大桥节点模型铸钢件的结构特点和技术要求,进行了试块的热处理工艺试验,通过调整材料成分改善其力学性能;为控制薄壁铸钢件焊接变形和应力,确定了节点模型的补焊工艺。按制定的工艺对节点模型进行热处理和补焊,经无损检测所有铸件均合格,避免了薄壁铸钢件在热处理和焊接时出现的缺陷。Based on the structure features and technical requirements of joint model steel casting for bridge, the heat treatment process of sample pieces were tested. Their mechanical properties were improved by adjusting the material composition. To control the welding deformation and stress of thin- walled steel castings, the repair welding process of joint model was determined. The heat treatment and repair welding of joint model was carried on specified process, all castings were qualified by nondestructive testing. The defects of thin-walled steel castings during heat treatment and welding are avoided.
