摘　　要：对影响公共品自愿供给水平的因素——博弈结构的制度性框架、激励机制和社会偏好进行了综合考察,并在已有文献基础上进行归纳分析,梳理了三大因素影响公共品自愿供给水平的内在机制。在综述相关行为实验研究结果的基础上,提出了如何度量社会偏好、如何检验社会偏好和惩罚机制改善公共品自愿供给水平程度的实验设置。This paper conducted a comprehensive investigation on the influencing factors of voluntary supply of public goods, including game institutional framework structure, incentive mechanism and social preferences. We summarized the effect mechanism of the three major factors on the voluntary supply on the basis of the existing literature. After reviewing related experimental results, we put forward the experimental setups of how to measure social preferences, how to test social preferences and the punishment mechanism improving the voluntary public goods supply.
