摘 要:利用乏信息理论中的灰自助融合与灰预测,建立深沟球轴承振动特征参数的动态灰自助频率函数,并对振动特征参数进行区间估计、动态不确定度分析及基于振动时间段的稳定性分析。结果表明:动态不确定度可以准确描述深沟球轴承基于振动时间点的数据波动状况;平均不确定度可以定量而准确地描述轴承基于振动时间段的数据波动及离散状况,且试验结果与计算结果非常接近,满足工程需要。The dynamics grey bootstrap frequency function of vibration characteristic parameters for deep groove ball bearings is constructed by using grey bootstrap fusion and grey prediction in poor information theory. The interval estimation, dynamic uncertainty analysis of the vibration characteristic parameters and stability analysis based on vibration time segment are carried out. The result shows that the dynamic uncertainty can accurately describe data fluctuation state of deep groove ball bearing based on vibration time point, the average uncertainty can quantitatively and accurately describe data fluctuation and discrete state of bearing based on the vibration time segment, which is consistent with the calculation results, and the needs of engineering are satisfied.
