银屑病患者焦虑抑郁情绪调查

摘　　要：目的调查银屑病患者焦虑、抑郁情绪状况,分析致病因素,为银屑病患者的治疗和护理提供参考依据。方法采用患者一般情况问卷(自行设计)、A型行为问卷及焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、简易应对方式问卷对银屑病患者136例(病例组)和体检健康者146例(对照组)进行评定分析。结果 A型行为问卷调查病例组总体倾向为A型行为,表现为争强好胜,遇事容易着急、紧张,焦虑情绪发生率89.7%,抑郁情绪发生率75.8%;对照组焦虑情绪发生率28.8%,抑郁情绪发生率21.2%;病例组SAS、SDS得分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论银屑病患者总体倾向为A型行为,存在中等或者中等以上的焦虑抑郁情绪,且常采用消极应对,而积极应对不足,其情绪状态与应对方式的关系密切,有助于指导患者采取有效积极的治疗和应对方式。Objective To investigate the anxiety and depression in psoriasis patients and their coping styles, and the correlation of them, analysis may Pathogenic or aggravating factors for providing a theoretical basis in the psychological adjuvant therapy for them. Methods 136 psoriasis patients and 146 healthy controls were assessed analysis by using A self-designed questionnaire general, A-type behavior questionnaire and the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS）, Self-Rating Depression Scale （SDS）, Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire. Results In psoriasis group,the incidence of anxiety and depression were 89.7% and 75.8 %, respectively. In the control group, the incidence of anxiety and depression were 28.8%and 21.2%. SAS, SDS score in psoriasis group was significantly higher than that of the control （P〈0.01）. The positive response score of psoriatic group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The scores of negative coping of psoriatic group were significantly higher than thaf of the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The overall tendency of psoriasis patients is Type A behavior, and they have a moderate or more anxiety and depression, and they often are negative coping, and lack of positive response, and the emotional state of them are closely related to coping style, that help us to guide patients take effective proactive Coping.
