摘　　要：文章从医案来源、医案类型和医案所起的作用3个方面系统地研究了清代医家黄宫绣《本草求真》所收载的医案,从医案的角度考查论证了黄宫绣的本草研究学术思想,即:本草药物,论症论治论效,惟求理与病符,药与病对,总以药之气味形质推勘而出;药之见施于病而效者,既明其因,也例其证。The medical records in Bencao Qiuzhen recorded by HUANG Gong-xiu in Qing dynasty were studied from the origin of medical records, the types of medical records and the effects of medical records. The academic thoughts of HUANG Gong-xiu in material medical herb were demonstrated from the points of his medical records, that was the material medical herbs, syndrome differentiation, treatment and effect, in pursuit of the reason in match of the disease, the medicine in match of the disease, and from the odour, shape, property and quality of herbs to get it. The medicine had effects on the disease, the reason was illustrated by some examples.
