摘　　要：通过艾滋病中医病因病机的现代文献研究、大样本临床流行病学调查、病例回顾分析,对"艾毒"这一病因进行了深入地研究。文章论证了艾毒的病邪特性和致病特点。艾毒最本质的特性是疫、毒,兼有湿、热等六淫之邪的特性,还可杂合为痰饮、瘀血等病理产物;艾毒进入人体之后所造成的临床表现具有善深伏、多缓发,伤元气、损脏腑,虚损重、兼重感,转化杂、变证多等特点。文章丰富了中医对新发重大传染病的病因病机认识,丰富了中医病因病机理论。We had a in-depth study of the causes AIDS virus, by research modem literature about TCM etiology and pathogenesis of AIDS, a large sample of clinical epidemiology, case review. This paper demonstrates the evils properties and pathogenic characteristics of AIDS virus. The most essential features of AIDS virus is Plague and toxin, both have dampness pathogen and heat pathogen feature, can be attributed to six evils, but it also can produce phlegm, blood stasis and other pathological product, become the cause of pathological product formed. The features of clinical manifestations, after AIDS virus enters the body, are hidden deep in the body, Slowly attack, injure primordial qi, injure zang-fu, severe wasting, exogenous serious, complicated transformation change permits more. This article enriched the TCM understanding of the cause of Major emerging infectious diseases,enriched the theory of TCM cause.
