摘　　要：路志正教授是中医临床大家,当代国医大师,擅用调理脾胃法治疗各种内科疾病,用药独树一帜,轻灵活泼,常选性味平和之品。路老在调理脾胃时,常升清降浊之法并用,喜选宣散生发、辛散苦降之品以助脾胃斡旋;同时还特别注意气机升降与肺、肝二脏的关系,常辅以宣降肺气、疏肝理气之法;此外,路老注重湿浊为患,在治疗湿病过程中,皆佐入宣降肺气、化浊醒脾之品。笔者试从花类、叶类、根茎类、果实类等不同药用部位分类介绍路老调理脾胃常用药物,并附病案以说明。Professor LU Zhi-zheng, a famous clinical specialist of Chinese Medicine, the great master of TCM at present, could treat various diseases in internal medicine department with regulating spleen and stomach. He developed a unique way in the use of traditional Chinese drugs that were light, lively and gentle. When he regulated spleen and stomach, he paid attention to mediate qi activity by the method of ascending lucidity and descending turbidity combined with the medicine of dispersing inevitabl and ascending and dredging, acrid opening and bitter downbearing. Meanwhile, he stressed on the relationship between lung and liver and ascending and descending of qi activity, so accompanied by the method of dispersing and lowing the lung qi combined with soothing the liver and regulate the qi. Moreover, he paid attention to dampness evil in the process of disease, therefore he usually used the medicine of dispersing and lowing the lung qi, eliminating dampness evil and activating the spleen-qi in the treatment of dampness diseases. The common traditional Chinese medicine to regulate spleen and stomach used by professor LU were introduced from different medicinal parts, such as flowers, leaves, tubers, fruits and so on, with cases illustrated at the end of the paper.
