摘　　要：阴茎痛是临床较少见的难治性男科疾病,对患者的生活质量影响较大。文章主要介绍金保方教授辨治4类阴茎痛的经验,分别为肾阳不足、肾阴亏虚、温热下注、气滞血瘀,强调辨证论治,以通为主的治法。Penile pain is a rare refractory disease in male diseases, which can affect the patient＇s life quality. This article introduced professor JIN Bao-fang＇s experience in treating four cases of penile pain, which were insufficiency of kidney-yang, kidney yin deficiency, qi stagnation and blood stasis, warm heat pouring downward, These treatments emphasized the syndrome differentiation and treatment, and the primary method was removing the impediment.
