摘　　要：功能性消化不良(FD)是临床上最常见的一种功能性胃肠病,FD的情志致病的发病率正逐渐增高,很多FD患者的发病、复发或加重受精神心理因素影响非常明显。丁霞教授治疗此类FD患者多在病证结合辨证论治基础上,以调畅脾胃气机为核心,由从肝论治入手,调理气血,怡心身,顾护脾胃功能,收效显著。Functional dyspepsia is one of the most common clinical functional gastrointestinal disorders. The incidence rate of functional dyspepsia is gradually increased. Psychological impact is the notable factor in pathogenesis, recidivation and aggravation of functional dyspepsia. Based on syndrome differentiation and combination of disease and syndrome, professor DING Xia treats functional dyspepsia from liver based on the core of regulating the spleen and stomach qi activity, in order to regulating qi and blood, contributing to mind and body, and protecting spleen and stomach, and achieves a significant effect.
