艾滋病患者体质分类与CD4细胞计数相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:拟通过对艾滋病患者体质分类和CD4细胞计数研究,探讨二者之间的相关性。方法:根据患者回答情况,如实填写《中医体质分类与判定表》,依标准判定体质类型。结果:3种及以上复合型体质共计135例占61.93%,与气虚质相关共计61例占27.98%;CD4细胞计数<200mm3共计183例占83.94%。结论:艾滋病期患者体质类型复杂重叠,复合型体质所占比例较大;CD4细胞计数越少,体质类型相对来说越复杂,提示此期患者体质分类与CD4细胞计数具有一定的相关性。Objective： Study on the TCM constitution classification and CD4 cell counting of AIDS, to investigate their relationship. Methods： According to the situation of patients, to truly and correctly fill the forms of Classification and Decision of TCM Constitution, and to determine the constitutional types with standard. Results： Three and more than three kinds of complex types （135 cases） accounted for 61.93%, qi deficiency type （61 cases） accounted for 27.98%; CD4 cell connting〈200mm3 （183 cases） accounted for 83.94%. Conclusion： Constitutional types of AIDS were very complicated, the larger proportions were complex constitution. The fewer of the counting of CD4 cells, the more complicated of the constitutional type, which indicated that there were some correlation between the constitutional type and CD4 cell at AIDS stage.
