基于“中医药科技查新系统”的2003-2012年中国中医药文献检索中心查新项目的统计分析

摘　　要：中国中医药文献检索中心于2013年初开发完成了基于B/S架构的"中医药科技查新管理系统",该系统着眼于实现查新业务流程的自动化控制,目前已实现查新委托书在线提交,在线查询,在线办理查新业务,查新数据资源的存储、管理与利用等功能。本文即是基于上述"查新系统",对本中心2003—2012年完成的查新项目进行统计分析,根据统计结果,分析各个单位的科研能力、科研发展潜力、科研对比实力等等;并通过对"查新系统"的应用,总结其不足,提出改进思路。Traditional Chinese Medical Document Retrieval Center developed the ＂Knowledge Management System for the Scientific Technological Retrieval of TCM＂ in 2013 based on the B/S architecture. The system was designed to realize the automation of novelty search process, and it has realized the following functions： submitting the novelty retrieval attorney online, query online, using novelty search services online, managing, using and storaging the data resources,etc. The article analyzed those programs in 2003-2012 based on the System, summarized the the ability of scientific research, development potential, scientific research strength, and put forward improvement ideas.
