摘  要:目的:探讨乌药不同提取液对小鼠肠推进功能影响。方法:采用小鼠炭末推进实验,将80只KM小鼠随机分为10组,即生理盐水对照组、乌药水提液高、中、低剂量组、乌药醇提液高、中、低剂量组、乌药挥发油高、中、低剂量组。各组用药后15min,均以5%炭末混悬液0.3 m L灌胃。观察乌药各提取液对正常小鼠肠推动的影响。结果:与生理盐水组比较,各用药组均有促进小鼠小肠推进运动的作用,高剂量效果最为明显。结论:乌药提取液对正常小鼠的胃排空及小肠推进功能具有促进作用。Objective: To study the effects of different extraction of radix linderae(Lindera aggregata (Sims) Kosterm.) on small intestinal propulsion in mice. Methods: With charcoal transit test, the 80 Kunming mice were randomly divided into 10 groups. They were the control group with saline, the high, medium and low dose groups with aqueous extract of radix linderae, the high, medium and low dose groups with alcohol extract of radix linderae, the high, medium and low dose groups with volatile oil of radix linderae respectively. After the medication for 15 min, mice stomachs were perfused with 0.3 mL 5% carbon suspension. The effects of each extraction of radix linderae on charcoal transit in small intestine in the normal mice were investigated. Results: Compared with normal saline group, the extract of each treatment group could promote small intestinal transit in mice, with the most significant effect of high dose. Conclusion: Extracts of radix lindcrae can enhance the function of gastrointestinal emptying and intestine propulsion in the normal mice.
