银杏酮酯分散片联合多奈哌齐对阿尔茨海默病患者认知及行为能力的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究银杏酮酯分散片联合多奈哌齐对阿尔茨海默病患者认知及行为能力的影响。方法:将90例阿尔茨海默病患者随机分为联合组、银杏组与对照组。3组患者均采用安慰剂清洗14 d后开始药物治疗。银杏组给予银杏酮酯分散片,对照组给予多奈哌齐,联合组同时服用银杏酮酯分散片与多奈哌齐。3组患者均以1个月为1个疗程,共治疗4个疗程。结果:在简易精神状态评价量表(MMSE)上,3组患者MMSE得分均在治疗中逐渐提高,组内不同检测时间点分值差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),联合组在治疗1个月、2个月及4个月时MMSE分值均明显高于其余两组(P<0.01),而对照组在治疗中3个评分时间点上MMSE分值明显低于银杏组(P<0.01);在日常生活能力量表(ADL)评价上,3组患者ADL得分在治疗中均逐渐降低(P<0.01),治疗1个月时,仅联合组ADL分值低于银杏组(P<0.05),在治疗2个月及4个月时,联合组ADL得分均低于其余两组(P<0.05)。结论:银杏酮酯分散片具有改善阿尔茨海默病患者认知及行为能力的效果,而联合使用银杏酮酯分散片与多奈哌齐对阿尔茨海默病治疗效果优于单一药物使用效果。Objective： To observe the effects of Ginkgo Ketone Ester Dispersible Tablets combined with Donepezil on cognitive function and action ability of AD patients. Methods： The 90 AD patients were randomly divided into combination group, gingko group and control group. All the three groups were given drug therapy after 14 days＇ placebo cleaning. Patients in the ginkgo group were given Ginkgo Ketone Ester Dispersible Tablets; the control group was treated with Donepezil. While the patients in the combination group were given both drugs.1 month for a period and all the 3 groups were treated for 4 periods. Re- suits： In the evaluation of MMSE, scores of the 3 groups raised in the treatment and there were obvious differences in the same group（P〈0.01）.Thc combination group had higher MMSE scores than the other groups at the time of 1 month, 2 months and 4 months after treatment（P〈0.01）, and the control group had higher MMSE scores than the ginkgo group at the same time point（P〈 0.01）. In the evaluation of ADL, scores of the 3 groups decreased after the treatment（P〈0.01）.The ADL scores in the combination group was lower than that in the ginkgo group after 1 month treatment（P〈0.05）. After 2 months and 4 months treatment,the combination group had lower ADL scores than the other groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Ginkgo Ketone Ester Dispersible Tablets shows its advantage of improving the cognitive function and activity ability of AD patients, and the clinical effect of combining Ginkgo Ketone Ester Dispersible Tablets with Donepezil is better than the single used.
