免疫疗法在再生障碍性贫血中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨免疫疗法在再生障碍性贫血中的临床应用效果。方法:以2010年2月-2013年2月笔者所在医院收治的36例再生障碍性贫血患者为研究对象,均使用免疫抑制剂治疗,随访观察治疗效果,分析疗效影响因素。结果:36例患者经治疗后,总有效率达66.67%,治疗后血红蛋白、中性粒细胞、白细胞和血小板计数显著高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗过程中出现发热、血清病和皮疹等不良反应,远期并发症1例;单因素分析提示病程、严重感染与否同治疗效果存在显著相关性。结论:免疫疗法是再生障碍性贫血有效方案,病情确定后需及时实施,以提高治疗效果。Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of immunetherapy in aplastic anemia.Method：From February 2010 to February 2013 in our hospital 36 aplastic anemia patients were chose as the research object,using of immunosuppressive therapy,the follow-up treatment effects were observed,efficacy analysis of influencing factors.Result：36 patients after treatment,the total effective rate was 66.67%,after treatment of neutrophil,hemoglobin,white blood cell and platelet count were significantly higher than that before treatment,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）,fever,skin rash,serum sickness and no adverse reaction during the treatment,1 case of complications.Single factor analysis showed that the course of disease,severe infection and no significant correlation with therapeutic effect.Conclusion：Immune therapy is effective for regeneration barrier anemia,illness determine after the need for timely implementation,in order to improve the treatment effect.
