136例婴幼儿泪囊炎病原菌分布及耐药性分析

摘  要:目的:分析婴幼儿泪囊炎的致病菌分布和耐药性,指导临床合理用药。方法:选取2013年1月-2014年5月笔者所在医院眼科门诊诊断为婴幼儿泪囊炎的患儿共136例,挤压泪囊部反流的脓汁作为标本送检,进行细菌培养及药物敏感性分析。结果:136份标本,113份培养阳性,共检出113株病原菌,检出率83.1%,以革兰阴性杆菌为主,但检出率最高的病原菌为金黄色葡萄球菌(17株,15.0%),MRSA菌株3株,其次为表皮葡萄球菌(13株,11.5%),MRCo NS菌株3株;未检出真菌。药敏方面,所有菌种对青霉素类耐药率较高,而对氨基糖苷类和喹诺酮类耐药率较低。结论:婴幼儿泪囊炎病原菌以金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、流感嗜血杆菌、奈瑟氏菌属为主;大多数菌株对氨基糖苷类和喹诺酮类耐药率较低,对青霉素类耐药率较高。Objective:To analyze the distribution and drug resistance of infant dacryocystitis pathogens so that to provide reference for clinical the use of antimicrobial agent.Method:Selected from January 2013 to May 2014 in our hospital eye clinic patients diagnosed with a total of 136 cases of infant dacryocystitis,squeeze the pus sac Ministry reflux as specimens sent for bacterial culture and drug susceptibility analysis.Result:A total of 113 specimens were culturepositive which detected in 113 strains of pathogens,detection rate was 83.1%,Gram-negative bacilli was dominant,but the highest detection rate pathogen was Staphylococcus aureus(17 cases,15.0%),three for MRSA strains,followed by Staphylococcus epidermidis(13 cases,11.5%),three for MRCo NS strains.Not detected fungi.Susceptibility,all strains were highly resistant to penicillin,but resistance to aminoglycosides and fluoroquinolones lower rates.Conclusion:Infant dacryocystitis pathogen distributed mainly with Staphylococcus aureus,Staphylococcus epidermidis,Haemophilus influenzae,Neisseria based.Most strains have a lower resistant rate to aminoglycosides and fluoroquinolones and high rate to penicillin-resistant.
