我院氟喹诺酮类药物临床应用情况分析

摘　　要：目的:分析笔者所在医院氟喹诺酮类药物临床应用情况,促进合理用药。方法:抽取2014年4月1日-6月30日笔者所在医院所有使用氟喹诺酮类药物的处方及医嘱11 497条,从适应证、用法用量、联合用药、疗程等方面分析其合理性。结果:不合理处方和医嘱共2450条(21.31%),其中用法用量不适宜985条(8.57%)、联合用药不适宜963条(8.38%)、适应证不适宜306条(2.66%)、存在配伍禁忌或者不良相互作用131条(1.14%)、疗程过长65条(0.56%)。结论:氟喹诺酮类药物应用基本符合抗菌药物临床应用原则,但也存在用法用量、抗生素联合应用、适应证等不适宜的情况。Objective：To investigate the clinical application of fluoroquinolones in our hospital.Method：All 11 497 items of prescriptions and medical orders using fluoroquinolones from April 1 to June 30 of 2014 were adopted.And the rationality of fluoroquinolones was analyzed in respect of indications,usage and dosage,drug combination,course of treatment etc.Result：There were 2450 items（21.31%） of prescriptions and medical orders where existed irrational use of fluoroquinolones,including 985 items（8.57%） with irrational usage and dosage,963 items（8.38%） with irrational drug combination,306 items（2.66%） with mistaken indications for fluoroquinolones,131 items（1.14%） existed incompatibility,and 65 items（0.56%） with redundant course of treatment using fluoroquinolones.Conclusion：The application of fluoroquinolones conformed to the principle of clinical application of antibacterials in basically. However, there also existed irrational application of fluoroquinolones,such as irrational usage and dosage, mistaken indications for fluoroquinolones,and irrational drug combination.
