综合护理干预在缓解骨性关节炎关节疼痛中的作用分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨综合护理干预对缓解骨性关节炎疼痛的作用。方法:将2011年12月-2014年4月笔者所在医院收治的90例膝关节骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象,并随机均分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组采用常规治疗及常规护理方法,观察组在此基础上进行综合护理干预以减轻患者疼痛。每2周观察一次两组患者视觉模拟积分(VAS)结果。结果:综合干预前,观察组患者VAS评分为(8.2±0.7)分,对照组患者VAS评分为(8.3±0.5)分,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组患者VAS评分为(1.5±0.7)分,对照组患者VAS评分为(3.4±0.7)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:实施综合护理能有效缓解患者在患病过程中的疼痛,提高患者生活质量,值得推广。Objective：To evaluate the effective of comprehensive nursing intervention in relieving osteoarthritis joint pain.Method：Selected 90 knee osteoarthritis patients as the research object admitted in our hospital from December 2011 to April 2014,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy and routine nursing methods.The observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention to relieve patients＇ pain on the basis of above all.And then observed two groups of patients with visual analog score（VAS） results once every two weeks.Result：Before comprehensive intervention,the VAS score points of the observation group was（8.2±0.7）,the control group was（8.2±0.5）,the difference between two groups had no statistical significance（P〉0.05）.The VAS score of the observation group after intervention was（1.5±0.7） and the control group was（3.4±0.7）,the difference of two groups had statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively relieve osteoarthritis joint pain,improve the patients quality of life,is worthy of promoting.
