摘　　要：目的:探讨分析家庭关怀度对广泛性焦虑患者的影响。方法:选取100例住院治疗的广泛性焦虑患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各50例。两组均按常规抗焦虑治疗和护理,观察组在此基础上给予为期6个月家庭护理干预。使用家庭关怀指数量表(APGAR)测量家庭关怀度,生活质量量表(WHO-QOL-100)和社会支持量表(SSRS)了解其恢复程度及生活质量。结果:观察组家庭关怀指数评估、生活质量量表评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组社会支持量表客观支持、主观支持得分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05),而两组支持利用度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:提高家庭关怀度有利于促进广泛性焦虑患者的康复及生活质量的提高。Objective：To investigate the influence of the family care degree on generalized anxiety patients.Method：100 hospitalized patients with generalized anxiety disorders were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,50 cases in each group.Two groups were given the conventional anti-anxiety treatment and care.The observation group was given a period of six months home care intervention on this basis.By using family care index scale（APGAR） to measure the family care degree,using Quality of Life Scale（WHO-QOL^-100） and the Social Support Scale（SSRS） to evaluate their recovery extent and quality of life.Result：The scores of APGAR and WHO-QOL^-100 of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.In the SSRS,the scores of objective support,subjective support and total scores of the observation group were higher than the control group（P〈0.05）,the utilization of support was not statistically difference between two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Improving the family care degree can anxiety and promote the rehabilitation and improve quality of life of patients with generalized.
