摘　　要：药代动力学/药效学(PK/PD)结合了PK与PD的研究方法,同步研究药代动力学特征及与药效和疗效的关系,定量描述药物的效应-时间过程。PK/PD研究有利于更有效地利用现有的抗真菌药物和提高其在许多严重真菌感染时的抗菌效果。本文就抗真菌药的PK/PD研究进展进行综述。Pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic （PK/PD） studies combine the methods for PK and PD studies, examine the relationship between pharmacokinetic properties and drug potency and efficacy, and depict the efficacy-time course in a quantitative fashion. PK/PD studies facilitate more effective utilization of the available antifungal agents to improve outcomes of many life-threatening infections. This paper reviews the advances in PK/PD studies of antifungals.
