缩宫止血合剂联合米非司酮和米索前列醇治疗子宫收缩乏力性产后出血的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨缩宫止血合剂联合米非司酮和米索前列醇治疗子宫收缩乏力性产后出血的效果。方法 :选取2012年10月-2013年10月我院妇产科分娩的产妇中发生子宫收缩乏力性产后出血的86例,将产妇按照随机数字表法随机分为实验组和对照组,每组43例。对照组产妇给予米非司酮+米索前列醇治疗,实验组在此基础上增加缩宫止血合剂。统计分析两组产妇阴道出血情况及转经情况。结果 :实验组中阴道出血量<月经量的产妇24例,对照组阴道出血量<月经量的产妇10例;实验组产妇转经时间和转经经期分别为(20.22±2.38)d和(3.92±1.13)d,对照组产妇转经时间和转经经期分别为(31.39±3.06)d和(6.08±1.42)d。差异显著均有统计学意义。结论 :在常规用药米非司酮+米索前列醇基础上加用缩宫止血合剂,能够有效治疗子宫收缩乏力性产后出血,减少产妇产后出血量,促进产后子宫修复。Objective：To discuss the effect of the shrinkage palace hemostatic agent combined with mifepristone and misoprostol in the treatment of uterine atony postpartum hemorrhage.Methods：Eight-six cases of puerperae with uterine atony postpartum hemorrhage delivered at the obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital from October, 2012 to October, 2013 were selected and divided into an experimental group and a control group with 43 cases each by digital randomized method. Mifepristone and misoprostol were given in two groups, and in addition, shrinkage palace hemostatic agent was given in the experimental group. The vaginal bleeding volume and menses situation were analyzed.Results：There were 24 and 10 cases in the experimental group and the control group, of whom the vaginal bleeding volume was less than menstrual bleeding volume. The time for turning to menses and the period of menses were （20.22±2.38） d and （3.92±1.13） d in the experimental group and （31.39±3.06） d and （6.08±1.42） d in the control group, respectively. All the differences were statistically signiifcant. Conclusion：The use of shrinkage palace hemostatic agent plus mifepristone and misoprostol can effectively treat the uterine atony postpartum hemorrhage, reduce the postpartum hemorrhage bleeding volume, and promote postpartum uterine repair.
