四黄悬液外敷治疗骨折早期肢体肿痛的研究

摘　　要：目的观察中药四黄悬液外敷治疗骨折早期肢体肿痛的疗效。方法将125例骨折早期肢体肿胀患者随机分为2组,对照组63例给予西医消肿止痛等常规治疗,治疗组62例在常规治疗基础上用四黄悬液外敷于患肢肿胀处,分别于治疗后2,4,7 d进行肢体肿胀及疼痛程度评定。结果治疗后4 d 2组肢体肿胀及疼痛程度开始减轻(P均<0.05),治疗后7 d明显减轻(P均<0.01),且治疗组减轻程度优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论中药四黄悬液能有效缓解骨折早期肢体肿胀及疼痛,且用药安全,操作简便。Objective It is to observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine Four Yellow Suspension in topical treatment of limb swelling in early fracture.Methods 125 patients with limb swelling in early fracture were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The patients in the control group （63 cases） were treated with conventional western medicine for acetanilide and detumescence etc.The patients in the treatment group （62 cases） were treated by traditional Chi-nese medicine Four Yellow Suspension topical on the basis of conventional therapy.All patients were received limb swelling and pain test and score after therapy 2, 4, 7 day.Results For the two groups, the degree of limb swelling and pain were began to lessen after treatment for 4 days, and were markedly decreased after treatment for 7 days, there was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.01）, the treatment groups was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion Tradi-tional Chinese medicine Four Yellow Suspension has good effect in topical treatment of limb swelling in early fracture, and safety, easy to operate.
