摘  要:统计了10个不同生境的五爪金龙种群开花数量、结种数量以及结实率,测定了生境中土壤养分中的速效氮、速效磷、速效钾等指标,通过回归分析探讨了五爪金龙有性生殖与土壤养分的关系.结果显示:五爪金龙开花数量仅与土壤养分中有机质含量呈中度负相关;结种数量与有机质含量呈高度负相关,与土壤含水量、氮/磷呈中度负相关;结种率与速效氮、有机质、土壤含水量和氮/磷等多项指标呈中度负相关,其中,与速效氮和氮/磷相关程度达到极显著水平.发现当土壤养分条件优越时,特别是氮/磷比值大、有机质含量高时,更有利于五爪金龙的营养生长和无性繁殖;当土壤养分条件不良时,植物则将资源更多地投入有性生殖,产生种子,以获得更好的入侵机会.By using statistical data of number of flowers and seeds , seed rate , soil nutrient in the 10 populations of Ipomoeacairica ,the correlation between sexual reproduction and soil nutrient of invasive species Ipomoea cairica was searched by regression analysis method . The result showed that number of flowers was moderate negatively related to soil organic matter (SOM ,r= -0.594);number of seeds inversely related to soil organic matter (r= -0.801) , soil water content (r= -0.656) and available nitrogen (AN )/available phosphorus (AP ,r= -0.665);seed rate and AN , SOM , AN/AP have the inverse correlation relations obviously . Based on the above , the conclusion can be drew that under higher soil nutrient contents condition , I?cairica tend to nutritive grow th and clonal propagation , w hen soil nutrient deficiency , the plant will allocate greater resources to sexual reproduction so that obtain more opportunity for future invasion .
