血塞通软胶囊活血化瘀作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:通过观察血塞通软胶囊对微循环障碍及血液流变学指标的影响,进一步明确其活血化瘀的作用。方法:采用腹腔注射肾上腺素复制小鼠耳廓局部微循环障碍的模型和颈动脉采血测定大鼠血液流变学指标的方法,观察血塞通软胶囊对微循环障碍及血液流变学指标的影响。结果:血塞通软胶囊能明显增加小鼠耳廓微动脉和微静脉的血管管径,减少血管管径的变化率,抑制血管管径减小(P<0.05),能明显增加血液流速(P<0.05)和毛细血管网的数量(P<0.05)。同时能明显降低全血粘度,减少全血高切、中切、低切的粘度值(P<0.05)以及显著减少红细胞电泳的时间(P<0.05)。结论:血塞通软胶囊可改善微循环及血液流变学指标,活血化瘀的作用明确。本研究为其临床治疗视网膜中央静脉栓塞提供了实验依据。Objective To observe the effect of Xuesaitong soft capsule （XST）on mice auricle microcircul -ation obstacle model and hemorheology change of rats.Method Both the mice and rats were adminis -trated by XST.Then the hemorheology of rats was tested.The auricle microcirculation disturbance induced by epinephrine hydrochloride was replicated and the microcirculation of mice was observed.Result The results showed that XST could expand the caliber of microvein and microartery （P 〈0.05）,increase the mi-crovascular flow rate of auricle microcirculation （P 〈0.05）,and increase the amount of open ca pillaries （P 〈0.05）.At the same time,XST could significantly reduce the whole blood viscosity （P 〈0.05）and the time of erythrocyte electrophoresis （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion It was obvious that XST could improve the microcirculation and hemorheology of the experimental animals and had the effect of promoting blood circulation.This study also provided the evidences for the clinical treatment of the central retinal vein occlu-sion.
