银川市老年人空腹血糖受损与心电图ST段压低的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的研究宁夏银川市老年人空腹血糖受损与心电图ST段压低的相关性。方法对城市社区958例60岁以上老年人通过调查问卷的方式收集信息和进行临床检查,内容包括询问病史、测量身高、体质量、心电图,实验室检查内容包括空腹血糖(FPG)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C),对空腹血糖受损与心电图ST段压低的相关性进行分析。结果 958例受检人群中,血糖正常788例,其中ST段压低40例,占5%(40/788);空腹血糖受损者有170例,其中ST段压低者有29例,占17%(29/170),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。空腹血糖受损组血脂代谢紊乱明显,与血糖正常人群比较TC、TG、LDL-C明显升高(P<0.05),HDL-C低于正常水平(P<0.05),肥胖(体质量指数)增高人数于正常血糖组(P<0.05)。吸烟与空腹血糖受损差异无统计学意义。结论空腹血糖受损组心电图ST压低发生率明显高于正常血糖组,与糖代谢异常和脂代谢异常、冠状动脉粥样硬化有关。Objective To study the factors related to impaired fasting glucose and ECG ST segment depression in aged people in Ningxia. Methods This investigation was conducted among elderly aged over 60 in Yinchuan city. The history of illness, height, weight,waist circumference,hip circumference,blood pressure,electrocardiogram（ECG）,cardiac ultrasound,fasting blood sugar（FBS）, triglycerides（TG）,total cholesterol（TC）,high-density lipoprotein（HDL-C）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）were col？lected through questionnaires and clinical examination. Results Among 958 subjects,there were 788 people with normal blood sugar lev？el and 40 of 788 people having ST-segment depression（5%）;There were 170 people with impaired fasting glucose and 29 of 170 people with ST-segment depression（17%）. There was statistical significant difference of the percentage of having ST-segment depression be？tween two groups in normal blood sugar level and impaired fasting glucose（P0. 05） in this study. Conclusion ECG ST-segment depression is closely related with impaired fasting glucose. Significantly,there is correlation between abnormal glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism disorders.
